Explicit consent of the data subject so that we can keep you informed about news, events, activities and services and keep you informed about diocesan events.

Legitimate interest is the basis where processing is necessary for liaising with you where you have made enquiries to book Chilton Foliat Village.

Your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be shared with other members of the Chilton Foliat Village Hall management Committee in order to fulfil your booking request. We will only share your data with third parties outside of the parish with your consent.
6. How long do we keep your personal data?
Where we hold your information following a booking of the Village hall we will retain
data for a period of three years. Where we have obtained your consent to send you information about news, events and fundraising we will request this every 2 years and you can update us at anytime if you wish us to stop contacting you.
