By visiting you and talking with you they can identify the services that will make the most difference to your day to day living. They can then refer you to these services, and follow up to ensure they are delivered accordingly.
They can provide information on a variety of topics & these may include: Befriending services, social activities, advice on benefits, healthcare needs, transport and many more. The service is free and confidential.
